PLAYER CHECK-IN & FAVORS

Please report directly to the location of your first match.

Tournament check-in will be at Canoe Brook Country Club (CBCC) after your morning matches are complete as directed by your hut commander.
-
At check-in you will receive your player lanyard and favor. Your lanyard with badge gives you access to parking, meals and the Player Recovery Lounge at CBCC.
FOOD

Each site will have the following food for the players:

Granola bars

Oranges

Trail Mix
-
Bananas
Please bring your own water to matches.​

LUNCH: Your lanyard badge will allow you to access lunch on Friday & Saturday at CBCC Clubhouse from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm.
​
DINNER: Your lanyard badge can be used on Friday and Saturday night at any one of the vendors at the Food Truck Court from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (One meal per day)

Player cocktail party at CBCC Tavern 1901 at 6:00 p.m. (Country Club casual attire, no denim.)

Hall of Fame Dinner at CBCC at 7:00 p.m. (Tickets available for purchase).

Friday, March 6th

Registration opens at 8:00 am at Canoe Brook Country Club

Play begins at 8:30 am or 9:00 am (check draws) at all locations

Registration for incoming players from remote clubs at 11:30 am

Lunch from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm at CBCC Clubhouse.

Dinner from 5:00 pm - 8 p.m. at Food Truck Village​

Saturday, March 7th​

Consolation matches begin at 9:00 am (check draws) at specified locations.

Main Draw matches begin at 11:00 am at CBCC

Lunch from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm at CBCC Clubhouse.

Dinner from 5:00 pm - 8 pm at Food Truck Court

Player & Fan Tent Party - DJ, dancing & libations from 5:00 pm
